Terms and Conditions
Please review the below points to confirm understanding and acceptance of these conditions. (These conditions supersede all other documents)

Cancellation, Return and Exchange Policy

With our lowest price guarantee in the trade area, there is a no cancellation policy once an order is placed. Every order is final sale. Prior to delivery, a product can be exchanged for equal or more value. Any order cancelled prior to delivery will result in forfeiture of the 25% restoking fees of the total value of the order. Accessories can be exchanged or returned within 48 hours and should be returned in original boxes and packaging. There will be no return on any furniture, mattresses once delivered or picked up.

* All Clearances are final sales.

Space Requirement and Do not fit Policy

Dimensions are available for all merchandise from your salesperson and online catalog. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that adequate space is available to allow for a successful delivery. Products not being able to fit into the customer’s home can be exchanged for the same value or higher. Additional delivery and installation charges will be applied, if customer do not find any product to replace then we will refund 75% of the product price. Also, delivery charges are non-refundable.

Payment / Deposit

Unless otherwise specified in a specific promotion, all orders require a Full payment at the time of ordering. With the approval of Manager, order can be placed with 50% deposit. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full prior to delivery. Finance options can be used to clear balance. *On Approved credit, clients can take advantage of our advertised Finance Plans. Please note personal cheques require 14 business days to clear before delivery can be made.

Price Match Policy

Premier Furniture & Mattresses exclusive lowest pricing means you always get the best price. If, within 7 days of your purchase, you see the identical merchandise at a lower published price by an authorized Canadian dealer in the same local trading area (Edmonton only), under the same terms and conditions, Premier will gladly refund you the difference upon verification of the details. Published price includes the price of the product plus any membership, administrative and delivery charges. All terms must match in detail. We do not price match with Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, Costco Etc. We do not price match if product we sold is in stock and other retailer who selling for lower price has no stock. Also, we do not price match with Ashley’s Homestore Special items.

60 Night Comfort Guarantee

With the purchase of Mattress cover, you will have 60 nights from the day that your mattress is delivered or picked up. If, at any time during this period, you are unhappy with the comfort of your mattress, you will be able to one time exchange it for another mattress.
*If mattress cover is not purchased from Premier Furniture & Mattresses, it will be Final Sale.
*Another delivery fee will be applied on Exchanges.

Special/Custom Orders Policy

All special/custom orders and items that are not part of our regular line up (i.e., change of color or catalogue items) are non-cancellable once the order is placed and in production. All special/custom order items require NON-REFUNDABLE full payment at the time of ordering. There will be no returns of special-order items once delivered. Any special orders cancelled prior to delivery will result in forfeiture of the 40% restocking fee.

Delayed Orders

Anticipated delivery dates are given in good faith, based on our historical experiences with each vendor, however, are subject to availability of materials by both the manufacturer and their suppliers. Products manufactured overseas, are often subject to a logistical delay. Therefore, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, and delays may occur. We will do our best to keep you informed of such delays as information is provided to us by our suppliers.

Repair / Replace

Upon delivery/pick-up, if you find any damage or defect in the product, please send us some pictures with the serial number at email address mentioned below and if the product is repairable, we will repair the product at your place with the appointment. If product is not repairable, will be replaced with the same item as soon as possible.
* Any repair needed will have round up time of 2-6 weeks.
* If repair required parts, we would order the parts and once we receive the parts, we will book an appointment to fix the product. This procedure can take up to 12 weeks or more.

Warranties
Premier Furniture & Mattresses warranties all furniture, in residential use, against manufacture defect for one year. Clients can take advantage of industry Best Phoenix All Stain Protection Program OR Guardsman furniture protection plan. Furniture used in a commercial or institutional setting is not warranted.

Additional Policies

We use third party delivery company for all the deliveries. We are not responsible for any house damage caused by delivery team. Also, we do not offer furniture removal and if customer wants to get furniture removed, please ask delivery team directly upon delivery.
